Our History

AUGUST 1997
Axedo Solutions AG is founded in Switzerland. Main focus is the development of Workforce Management Solutions for companies mainly in transport and logistics, health care, aviation and call centers.
JUNE 2010
Avicon Consulting is founded in Melbourne, Australia as a specialist consulting firm with focus on Workforce Management & Human Resources. Avicon Consulting works in projects around the globe and implements a wholistic WFM approach together with industry leading software solution partners.
NOVEMBER 2017
A.WFM is founded as a joint venture of Axedo Solutions and Avicon Consulting. Combining expert consulting knowledge with industry leading software to offer our customers real solutions for the workforce of the future.
